Meet Victoria Chang
Before developing a thriving sexual abuse civil practice, Victoria had a successful career at the Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office. She saw first-hand the challenges our youth face on a daily basis, such as drug use, bullying, harassment, and physical and sexual abuse. Most of all, she worked closely with the victims of sexual abuse, child abuse, and domestic violence.
With the assistance of victim witness advocates, she helped these survivors get back on their feet, address issues with therapy and counseling, and reintegrate into their homes, jobs, and society. She continues to work extensively with the Sex Abuse Treatment Center, doctors, and psychologists in the field. She serves on the Sex Abuse Treatment Center Advisory Board and is actively involved in community events aimed at educating our community and preventing sexual abuse.
