Harvey M. Demetrakopoulos
With his unique name and background, Harvey M. Demetrakopoulos’ character and experience have greatly added to the creative and innovative approach of Shim & Chang. He has been with the firm since 1996, exclusively handling personal injury cases.

Now in practice for more than 20 years, Harvey has helped Shim & Chang attain successful results for many of its clients. He has extensive experience with cases involving hotel accidents and tourist claims, auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and animal attacks, and injuries caused by drunk drivers and uninsured and underinsured motorists.
Among personal injury attorneys in Hawaii, Harvey is notable for his love of research and tenacity in representing clients. He is a classic car buff, actively collecting and rebuilding vintage cars, and his knowledge of cars has even helped in automobile accident cases and in claims against automobile manufacturers.
